6.1 Refunds: Unsuccessful API calls, such as SMS, WhatsApp, and USSD, will be promptly refunded to you.

6.2 Reversals: Failed transactions will be automatically reversed. In case of delays, you can request a reversal by providing the Transaction Reference ID, date, and amount. Reversals for failed transactions will be processed to your wallet or account within 24 hours, excluding weekends.

6.3 Chargebacks: If a dispute arises, our team will work closely with you to resolve the issue. We will provide guidance on the transaction's status and strive to reach a resolution within 3 working days.

Termination Policy

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services with or without cause. This may occur if you engage in fraudulent or illegal activities or for any other reasons we deem necessary. Upon termination, your account and associated data may be permanently deleted.
